When you come to the Hilco Mortgage site, you complete a simple contact form that includes limited personal information about you including your name, email address, and your message contents. Currently, Hilco Mortgage does not collect via the site any information regarding financial information, social security numbers or phone numbers. In the future we may implement a feature that will allow you to complete a more formal loan application, at which time financial information and your social security number would be needed. To reiterate...Presently, the site does not collect any financial information nor do we ask for your social security number. If you supply information from our "apply now form" it will not be shared or sold to any person or organization except as authorized by you, to our authorized agents, the lenders in our network, or as may be required by law or court order.
